Ben Morris, 22, will leave Glamorgan at season's end after six senior appearances for the Welsh county.
Glamorgan will part ways with seam bowler Ben Morris once the current campaign wraps up. The 22-year-old, who was born in Abergavenny, has turned out for the county on six occasions — a single Championship fixture plus five One Day Cup outings.
His strongest showing came in 2024, when he claimed figures of 3-52 against Essex. He has not featured for the first team since August 2025. Earlier in his career, Morris represented the title-winning Cardiff UCCE outfit and turned out for Wales National County.
Announcing his exit, Morris said he had enjoyed his spell with the club but believed he still had plenty to give the game, adding that he would consider fresh opportunities in cricket or a path outside the sport.
Morris becomes the second Glamorgan player confirmed to be moving on this year, following the retirement announcement of 40-year-old Chris Cooke.
