Davante Adams erupts for 195 yards, two TDs as Rams roll past Giants

With Puka Nacua sidelined, the 33-year-old receiver delivered one of the biggest games of his 13-year career on Monday Night Football.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams turned in a huge performance on Monday Night Football, catching eight passes for 195 yards and two touchdowns through three quarters against the New York Giants. The stats were recorded through the end of the third quarter.

Adams filled the void left by Puka Nacua, who was out for the game. Even with the Giants able to devote extra attention his way, the veteran receiver repeatedly beat their secondary, including a second touchdown against cornerback Colton Hood.

The 33-year-old is in his 13th NFL season and has now recorded at least 175 receiving yards with each of the four teams he has played for. His career high remains a 206-yard game with the Green Bay Packers in October 2021.

Adams' previous best as a Ram was 106 yards, a mark he easily surpassed. Nacua, by comparison, has just one game above 185 yards in his career, a 225-yard, two-touchdown outing against the Seattle Seahawks last season.
