The Los Angeles Rams evened their record at 1-1 with a 28-6 win over the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. Matthew Stafford completed 22 of 31 passes for 327 yards and four touchdowns, with one interception.
Davante Adams carried the receiving load with Puka Nacua sidelined, finishing with eight catches for 195 yards and two touchdowns. Stafford's other scoring throws went to Kyren Williams from 10 yards and Terrance Ferguson from 5 yards out.
Aaron Donald made his season debut in his first game since unretiring on Aug. 30, recording three tackles including one for loss. Kyren Williams added 85 rushing yards on 12 carries and Blake Corum ran for 79 on 12 attempts as the Rams piled up 481 total yards.
The Giants lost rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart to a left knee injury on the opening drive. Jameis Winston managed 11-of-27 passing for 111 yards and an interception as New York managed just 182 yards of offense. Giants safety Jevon Holland stood out with eight tackles, an interception, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
