Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay delivered an animated locker room speech after his team beat the New York Giants 28-6 on Monday night in Week 2. The victory came one week after a 27-7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers in Melbourne, Australia.
McVay praised his defense for holding the Giants to six points and 182 total yards. He awarded game balls to defensive back Trent McDuffie, wide receiver Davante Adams and quarterback Matthew Stafford.
The Rams offense also produced big numbers in the win. Stafford threw for 327 yards, Adams finished with 195 receiving yards, and running backs Kyren Williams and Blake Corum combined to lead the ground attack.
Los Angeles now faces road games against the Denver Broncos in Week 3 and the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4.
