Simone Biles Says Masked Intruders Took Porsche From Chicago Home

The Olympic gymnast said the car was recovered, and she shared the story while preparing to pick up a replacement vehicle.

Olympic gymnast Simone Biles said three masked men broke into her Chicago home and took her Porsche GTS in an incident she described in a TikTok video posted Monday, Sept. 21.

Biles, 29, said the theft occurred during the final months she and her husband, Indianapolis Colts safety Jonathan Owens, spent in Chicago. The car was later recovered, but she said she was picking up a new one and captioned the post, "yes we recovered the car, onto the next."

Biles added that she jokes she could have a reality TV show because of the situations she encounters, and said the couple's Doberman was acquired partly in response to such incidents.

The episode follows another close call in February, when Owens wrote on X that someone in Milan tried to snatch a shopping bag from his hands during the 2026 Winter Olympics but failed.

Owens signed a one-year deal with the Colts in March. Biles told PEOPLE on Sept. 8 that she plans to move to Indianapolis during the football season, while the couple's primary residence remains in Texas.
