The break is the first of the new-look extended format this season. Everton will be hoping defender Christian Norgaard moves closer to making his long-awaited debut when club action resumes.

Three of Everton's November Premier League fixtures, including the Merseyside Derby, have been assigned new kick-off dates and times for live television broadcast. The club is also reportedly in talks with Championship side Blackburn Rovers over a behind-closed-doors friendly during the break.
