Philadelphia enters the series one game behind the Chicago Cubs and the Padres in the wild-card standings, and that's an entertaining battle since the Phillies have the tiebreaker over the Padres, but not the Cubs.

A good showing against the Brewers could vault Philly all the way to the No. 4 seed and buy them some home games in the wild-card round. A poor showing will all but doom them to the No. 6 seed.
