Indianapolis brought back receiver Eli Pancol, who spent training camp with the team before being cut during roster reductions.
The Indianapolis Colts have signed wide receiver Eli Pancol to their practice squad, the team announced Tuesday. The move followed the release of running back Anderson Castle.
Pancol was with the Colts throughout the offseason and training camp before being let go during roster cutdowns. In three preseason appearances with Indianapolis, he caught four of six targets for 47 yards.
The receiver entered the league in 2025 as an undrafted free agent with the Jacksonville Jaguars, who released him during cutdowns that August. He later joined the Colts' practice squad in November.
Pancol played six years at Duke, sitting out the 2023 season with a lower-body injury. In 2024, he caught 67% of his 89 targets for 800 yards and nine touchdowns, working mostly on the boundary.
