How to Watch Dallas Cowboys vs. Houston Texans: TV Channel, Time & Stream

The 1-2 Cowboys visit the 0-3 Texans at Reliant Stadium in Week 4; kickoff is Sunday at 1:00 PM ET on FOX.

The Dallas Cowboys (1-2) travel to face the Houston Texans (0-3) on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas. Kickoff is set for 1:00 PM ET, and the game will air on FOX.

The Cowboys come in off a narrow 34-31 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Brazil, decided on Tyler Loop's 56-yard field goal as time expired. That defeat dropped Dallas to 1-2 on the season.

Houston, meanwhile, fell to 0-3 when Spencer Shrader's 53-yard field goal with 16 seconds left gave the Colts a 19-17 win. Coach DeMeco Ryans took responsibility for a timeout called with 29 seconds remaining in that loss. The Texans are trying to avoid an 0-3 hole that only seven NFL teams in history have overcome to reach the playoffs.
