The Bears' quarterback situation is the biggest storyline of the week. Caleb Williams was listed as a non-participant in Thursday's practice with a hamstring issue and has not been ruled out, which could push head coach Ben Johnson to start a non-No. 1 pick at quarterback for the first time in his coaching career.
