Jaxson Dart injury update from Giants GM offers hope QB avoided significant injury

According to ESPN's Laura Rutledge, general manager Joe Schoen told her in the back that Dart is "going to be OK" after coming down with the knee injury.

Dart suffered a knee injury on the very first offensive series of the game and the worst was feared as Dart laid on the field in obvious pain while he was clutching his leg.

The Giants quarterback was able to walk off under his own power, which was certainly a good sign. Dart was taken to the locker room and was later ruled out for the rest of the game.
