Jaxson Dart injury update: Latest on Giants QB, who received ‘positive news’

The ESPN broadcast showed Dart on the sideline in the third quarter.

Entering halftime, Giants coach John Harbaugh dodged a question from ESPN about Dart’s status, saying he was just focused on trying to win the game. Harbaugh knew the Giants faced an uphill battle without Dart.

Dart is expected to undergo an MRI on his injured knee. That examination will ultimately tell all about the status of the injury — and how long he could be sidelined.

As the second half began, with the Jameis Winston-led Giants trailing 14-3, Dart was unsurprisingly ruled out for the rest of the game. He had previously been listed as questionable to return.
