Mbappe praises Olise but stops short of endorsing Real Madrid move

The Real Madrid forward said advising his France teammate to leave Bayern Munich would be unfair to the German club.
Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe addressed ongoing speculation linking Bayern Munich's Michael Olise with a move to the Spanish club, offering warm praise for his France teammate while declining to encourage a transfer.
Speaking to BILD, in comments relayed by Fabrizio Romano, Mbappe said it would be wrong to urge another player to switch clubs. "Olise and Real Madrid? I saw the links but I think it would be disrespectful to advise a player to leave. That would be unfair to Bayern," he said.
Mbappe went on to note that Bayern gives Olise plenty to accomplish, while adding that the winger, a former Crystal Palace player, would be a welcome addition anywhere. "Of course, every club in the world would love to have Michael Olise. He's an outstanding player," he said.
Real Madrid brought in seven players during the summer window but did not complete a deal for Olise, who had been linked with the club since the start of the summer, and the club moved on to pursue Yan Diomande instead.
