Pina Hat-Trick Off the Bench Powers Barcelona in Liga F Matchday 4

Barcelona stayed perfect with a 6-0 rout of Alavés, Sevilla fought back past Tenerife, and Real Madrid kept pace with a 3-1 win over Valencia.

Barcelona preserved their perfect start to the Liga F season and a two-point lead over Real Madrid with a 6-0 win at Deportivo Alavés. Caroline Graham Hansen and Sydney Schertenleib put the visitors ahead before Carolina Ferrera added her first senior goal from the edge of the box. Clàudia Pina, on at halftime, then scored three times after the break, including a strike from just inside the Alavés half, to give her five goals in four league appearances this season.

Sevilla came from behind to win 3-1 at Costa Adeje Tenerife in a match that featured two saved penalties. Fatou Kanteh Cham had an early spot kick saved by Noelia Ramos, and Sevilla keeper Esther Sullastres denied Natalia Padilla moments before Padilla swept in the opener. Fatou leveled before halftime, Raquel Morcillo put Sevilla in front, and Esther Martín-Pozuelo sealed the win in the 78th minute, leaving Tenerife in the relegation zone.

Real Madrid stayed unbeaten with a 3-1 win over Valencia, who remain bottom of the table. Elisa Senß and Felicia Schröder scored in the first half, and after Danielle Marcano pulled one back with a header, Athenea del Castillo added a fourth-minute stoppage-time goal to end the comeback hopes.

Elsewhere, Millene Cabral scored twice in the opening half hour as Deportivo won 3-0 at Granada, with Sofía Domínguez adding a late third. Espanyol ended Madrid CFF's perfect record with a 5-1 win powered by braces from Lucía Vallejo and Paula Gutiérrez, plus goals from Phoenetia Browne and Natalia Escot.

Eibar edged Athletic Club 1-0 on Ángeles's header, while Atlético Madrid beat Logroño United by the same score thanks to Allegra Poljak's 20th-minute goal. Jenni Hermoso came on as a 55th-minute substitute for Atlético in her first appearance since returning to the club. Real Sociedad remained winless despite playing much of their match at Badalona with a numerical advantage after goalkeeper María López Valenzuela was sent off.
