Oregon baseball to face SEC, Big 12 foes early in 2027 season

The Oregon Ducks have rebuilt the baseball roster this offseason with savvy additions through the transfer portal, and now the schedule is starting to take shape.

In the second week of the regular season, the Ducks will face a big test in Texas as they participate in the 2027 Amegy Bank College Baseball Series in Arlington, Texas. The Ducks will play three games at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers, and will put their new lineup to the test right away against Power 4 competition, including two teams that cracked the NCAA Tournament field last season.

Oregon will begin the series against the Arkansas Razorbacks on Feb. 26, before taking on the Oklahoma State Cowboys the following day and wrapping things up against the Baylor Bears. Arkansas and Oklahoma State both fell short in the regional round last season. The Ducks will avoid the Iowa Hawkeyes and Oregon State Beavers, both of which are also in the same field.
