The Southeastern Conference's Week 4 slate reshaped the league picture, and Yahoo Sports' Week 5 power rankings reflect the fallout. Georgia and Florida sit first and second at 4-0, while Texas A&M's lopsided defeat dropped the Aggies all the way to No. 13 with a 2-2 mark.

LSU delivered the weekend's most emphatic statement against Texas A&M, rolling to a 35-6 victory in Baton Rouge. The loss ended Mike Elko's unbeaten run against the Tigers and extended the Aggies' slide. LSU, now 3-1, checks in at No. 5 and hosts FCS opponent McNeese (2-3) in Week 5, kicking off at 6:45 p.m. CT on SEC Network.

Georgia reinforced its No. 1 standing with a 41-13 dismantling of Oklahoma in Athens, pushing the Sooners to 2-2 and into the No. 12 slot — a record the rankings call arguably the most disappointing in the conference under Brent Venables. Georgia (4-0) welcomes Vanderbilt (3-1) next Saturday at 11:45 a.m. CT on SEC Network. Oklahoma has an open date in Week 5.

Florida climbed to No. 2 after a 52-28 thrashing of then-No. 4 Ole Miss in Gainesville, a game the rankings describe as one of the most electric at the Swamp in years. The Gators (4-0) travel to No. 19 Missouri (3-1) for a 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff on ABC. Ole Miss (3-1), now fourth, is idle this week along with No. 3 Texas (4-0), which survived a 20-17 road test at No. 14 Tennessee.

Mississippi State (4-0) grabbed headlines by beating No. 19 Missouri 31-24 in Starkville, making the Bulldogs the lone unbeaten team in their state. The reward is a second straight matchup of unbeatens: No. 8 Alabama (4-0) arrives at Davis Wade Stadium for an 11 a.m. CT game on ABC. Alabama, ranked No. 6 in these power rankings, warmed up with a 49-18 win over South Carolina.

Elsewhere in the middle of the table, Tennessee (3-1) fell three points short against top-ranked Texas and now faces Auburn (3-1) at 2:30 p.m. CT on ESPN. Missouri, slotted ninth, looks to rebound against Florida at home. Kentucky (3-1) sits No. 10 after a 45-21 win over South Alabama and visits South Carolina (2-2) at 3:15 p.m. CT on SEC Network.

Aubert's 21-15 win over Vanderbilt puts Auburn at No. 11, while the Commodores (3-1) land 15th and must visit Georgia. Texas A&M, at No. 13, hosts Arkansas (2-2) at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN2, with the Aggies carrying a No. 23 ranking in the pre-AP Poll and US LBM Coaches Poll used for the Week 5 ranked matchups. South Carolina (2-2), No. 14 after the Alabama loss, gets Kentucky at home.

Arkansas rounds out the list at No. 16 following a 34-6 win over Tulsa. The Razorbacks (2-2) travel to College Station for the SEC Network-televised clash at 6 p.m. CT on ESPN2. From Alabama-Mississippi State in the early window to Florida-Missouri and Tennessee-Auburn in the afternoon, Week 5 offers viewers a full slate of ranked conference showdowns across ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and SEC Network.
