Still dealing with a hamstring problem, the team's top wideout sat out every practice during the week and will now sit a game for the second time in a row.
Joining Collins on the out list are edge rusher Jadeveon Clowney, linebacker Jake Hummel and guard Ed Ingram. Tackle Trent Brown carries a questionable designation because of knee and wrist issues, though his week trended in the right direction: he did not practice Wednesday but was a full participant by Friday. If Brown cannot go, Blake Fisher would fill in at tackle, a potential downgrade for the pocket protection around quarterback C.J. Stroud.

At quarterback, Stroud's stock falls with Collins missing another game. He currently sits outside the top 15 at his position for Week 3 rankings, leaving him as a low-end starter in deeper formats or a streamer elsewhere. His first two games have produced 627 passing yards but just two touchdowns, a reflection of fewer big plays down the field without his No. 1 receiver.
