Cleveland re-signed cornerback D'Angelo Ross and released Myles Bryant from the practice squad on Wednesday.
The Cleveland Browns announced Wednesday that they have signed cornerback D'Angelo Ross to their practice squad. To make room, the team released cornerback Myles Bryant from the unit.
Ross has a recent history with the organization. Cleveland signed him last November, and he saw action in regular season games. After competing for a roster spot in training camp, he settled onto the practice squad to open the year and was elevated for Week 1 before being let go on September 15.
With starter Tyson Campbell dealing with an injury, Ross could be a candidate for another elevation if Campbell's status remains uncertain this week. Following Bryant's release, rookie Michael Coats Jr. is the only other cornerback remaining on the Browns' practice squad.
