Injuries will shape lineups across the NFL's Week 4 schedule, with several starting quarterbacks, running backs and receivers already ruled out ahead of Sunday's games. Official inactive lists are confirmed roughly 90 minutes before each scheduled kickoff. The slate opens with the league's London game at 9:30 a.m. ET and closes with Monday night's matchup.
In London, the Washington Commanders will face the Indianapolis Colts without quarterback Jayden Daniels, who practiced in a limited capacity with an elbow injury but was ruled out. Running back Rachaad White (shoulder) did not practice and will not play. Wide receiver Terry McLaurin, added to the injury report Friday with a hamstring injury suffered in practice, is doubtful and not expected to play, while tight end Chig Okonkwo (hamstring) is listed as questionable but expected to play. The Colts ruled out veteran receiver Keenan Allen (groin) on Saturday.
At 1 p.m. ET, the Chicago Bears and New York Jets meet with both rosters shorthanded. Bears quarterback Caleb Williams will miss a second straight game with a hamstring injury after failing to practice. The Jets ruled out running back Breece Hall, considered week-to-week with a quad injury from Week 3, and wide receiver Adonai Mitchell (finger), out for a second consecutive game. First-round rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq is questionable with a back injury.
The Philadelphia Eagles will be without wide receiver DeVonta Smith, who did not practice because of a hamstring injury. Los Angeles Rams receiver Puka Nacua was a limited participant with a hip injury, but coach Sean McVay said he is "good to go" and he carries no injury designation. Rams tight end Terrance Ferguson was placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury and will miss at least four games.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield will not face the Green Bay Packers after dislocating his right thumb in Week 3. He underwent surgery, was ruled out and is expected to miss about three weeks.
Baltimore Ravens receiver Zay Flowers is questionable against the Tennessee Titans after a hamstring week that included limited work Wednesday, a full practice Thursday and another limited session Friday. Titans running back Tyjae Spears (ankle) is also questionable but expected to play after upgrading to full participation Friday.
The 4:05 p.m. ET game between the Minnesota Vikings and Miami Dolphins lost its biggest names. Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson is out after leaving Week 3 with an ankle injury. Dolphins running back De'Von Achane suffered a torn ACL in Week 3 and will miss the rest of the season, while Miami rookie receiver Caleb Douglas (ankle) sits out a second consecutive game.
In the 4:25 p.m. ET window, San Francisco 49ers receiver Mike Evans is a game-time decision against the Denver Broncos after a rib injury kept him out of practice for most of the week before a limited return Friday. Los Angeles Chargers receiver Ladd McConkey (foot) is questionable, and the Seattle Seahawks placed first-round rookie running back Jadarian Price on injured reserve with a chest injury, costing him at least four games.
Carolina Panthers receiver Jalen Coker (quad) is questionable for Sunday night's game against the Detroit Lions after limited practices Thursday and Friday. New Orleans Saints running back Travis Etienne Jr. was placed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury and will miss at least four games ahead of Monday night's meeting with the Atlanta Falcons. No injury concerns were listed for Giants-Cardinals, Texans-Cowboys, Bengals-Jaguars, Bills-Patriots or Raiders-Chiefs.
