Vanderbilt will travel to South Bend on Dec. 2 for an SEC/ACC Challenge contest against Notre Dame, marking the second consecutive season the Irish take part in the event. On Tuesday, the program announced broadcast details: ESPN's ACC Network will carry the game from Purcell Pavilion, with tipoff set for 7:15 p.m. ET.
Notre Dame enters the challenge with a 1-2 mark in the event, which is entering its fourth year and runs across two days. Last December, the Irish defeated Missouri 76-71 in the challenge.
The Commodores are making their first trip to South Bend since 2006, when Notre Dame claimed a 79-69 victory. The Irish hold a 5-4 edge in the all-time series. Notre Dame finished the 2025-26 campaign at 13-18 overall and 4-14 in ACC play.
