Minnesota's Week 3 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been assigned to the late-afternoon window on FOX, and per the coverage maps published by 506 Sports, the over-the-air broadcast footprint is smaller than it was over the first two weeks of the season.
The affected markets include much of the Midwest, most of Florida, the Houston metro area, part of New England, and the Pittsburgh, Indianapolis and Cincinnati areas. Fans elsewhere will need YouTube TV's NFL Sunday Ticket or another viewing option to watch the game live.
Because CBS holds the doubleheader this week, FOX affiliates in the Vikings' broadcast area will not carry an early game before the 3:05 PM Central kickoff. CBS affiliates in those markets will air both an early and a late game.
The other FOX game in the late window is the Arizona Cardinals visiting the San Francisco 49ers. FOX's early-window slate Sunday includes the Los Angeles Chargers at Buffalo, the New York Jets at Detroit, Seattle at Washington, and Carolina at Cleveland.
