Minnesota right-hander Taj Bradley limited San Francisco to one run on three hits across six innings Tuesday night, and the Twins held on for a 3-2 win at Oracle Park. Bradley improved to 12-6 with six strikeouts and no walks on the ledger for the night.
Bradley reached a career milestone in the first inning, fanning Drew Gilbert to open the game for his 200th strikeout of 2026. He became the ninth pitcher in the majors to hit the plateau this season and sits at 205 strikeouts for the year, well past his previous career high of 154 set with Tampa Bay in 2024.
Giants starter Anthony Molina (3-2) retired the first 10 hitters he faced and carried a 1-0 lead into the sixth, following a second-inning safety-squeeze bunt by Drew Cavanaugh that scored Shay Whitcomb. Minnesota tied it on Luke Keaschall's triple to left-center and went ahead on Brooks Lee's RBI single, ending Molina's line at two runs on four hits over six frames.
Walker Jenkins added insurance in the seventh, homering on the first pitch from reliever Duncan Davitt for his fourth blast of the year and a 3-1 lead. San Francisco pushed a run across in the ninth and put two runners on with two outs before Jeff Hoffman struck out Victor Bericoto on a 3-2 slider for his sixth save.
The three-game series concludes Wednesday afternoon, with Twins lefty Connor Prielipp (6-7, 4.94 ERA) set to face Giants left-hander Cesar Perdomo (0-1, 3.72).
