The short version
- Disney+ coverage of Arsenal's Women's Champions League opener was hit by an advert break in the second half
- Viewers missed around three minutes of play, with about 15 minutes remaining
- The interruption is understood to have been unintended
- Arsenal beat HB Køge 1-0 in the match
Viewers missed roughly three minutes of the second half after an unintended commercial interruption on Disney+ during Arsenal's win over HB Køge.
Disney+ drew complaints from supporters after a commercial interruption cut into its live coverage of Arsenal's first Women's Champions League game of the season on Tuesday.
The break came in the second half, with roughly a quarter of an hour left on the clock, and kept viewers away from the pitch for approximately three minutes. Arsenal went on to win the group-stage contest 1-0 against the Danish club HB Køge.
The advert break is believed to have been a mistake rather than a scheduled pause in the broadcast.
