The mother of Travis and Jason Kelce sat courtside and shared a pregame hug with Clark before Indiana's 96-77 win over Minnesota.
Donna Kelce, mother of NFL brothers Travis and Jason Kelce, attended the Indiana Fever's last home game of the regular season on Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Indiana beat the Minnesota Lynx 96-77.
Before the game, Fever guard Caitlin Clark embraced Donna Kelce, who was seated courtside wearing Clark's No. 22 jersey. The two spoke briefly before Clark returned to the floor. The Fever posted a video of the moment on Instagram.
The 73-year-old paired the jersey with a graphic hoodie, black pants, white sneakers and her familiar red glasses, along with bracelets, necklaces, earrings and a red clear bag.
The meeting was not a first. Clark met Donna and Travis Kelce at Taylor Swift's Eras Tour stops in Indianapolis in November 2024. Swift later sent Clark tour merchandise with a note, TIME reported, saying she had been inspired watching Clark's rise.
Clark, a lifelong Chiefs fan, has since joined Swift and Donna Kelce at two Kansas City games: an AFC Divisional Playoff against Houston on Jan. 18, 2025, and a Sunday Night Football matchup with Detroit on Oct. 12, 2025.
