Red Bull Racing has officially confirmed that Isack Hadjar will remain with the team in 2027, continuing his partnership with four-time world champion Max Verstappen. The announcement came shortly after the team hinted at the news in a lighthearted social media video revealing Hadjar's return to the cockpit.
The Frenchman is back in the car this weekend in Baku after sitting out the last three races with a wrist injury. Liam Lawson filled in as his temporary replacement during that stretch.
Hadjar, who joined Red Bull at the start of the year in his second Formula 1 season, said he was thrilled to continue with the outfit, praising the ambition of the organization and the talent at the factory. He described driving alongside Verstappen as a privilege and pledged to keep learning and improving to repay the team's faith.
