Olympic gymnast Simone Biles said in a TikTok video posted Monday, Sept. 21 that three masked men entered her Chicago home and drove off with her Porsche. The 29-year-old said the incident occurred during the final months she and her husband spent in the city.
In the clip, Biles said the theft was one reason she and her husband, Indianapolis Colts safety Jonathan Owens, adopted their Doberman. She added that the couple got the vehicle back and were moving on. No further specifics about the episode were given.
Biles made the remarks while documenting a shopping trip for a replacement vehicle. She visited several luxury showrooms, including Porsche, Audi and Lamborghini, and ended up buying a Cayenne GTS at Porsche.
The gymnast also said she intends to relocate to Indianapolis, where Owens plays, after spending most of her time in Houston. She and Owens completed a custom-built Houston mansion that features a large pool, a basketball court and an in-ground trampoline, according to a Parade report.
