Allen threw for 248 yards and three touchdowns on 20-of-31 passing and added 69 rushing yards with two more scores, giving him five total touchdowns in the game and nine on the season.
Geno Smith ranks second despite the New York Jets falling to Green Bay 20-17 in overtime. In his second start with the team, Smith went 27 of 41 for 247 yards and a touchdown with no interceptions, though New York failed to build on a 17-7 fourth-quarter lead. He sits ahead of New England's Drake Maye and Miami's Malik Willis.
