The Rams receiver hinted he might attempt a Lambeau Leap at SoFi Stadium when he faces his former team, Green Bay, later this season.
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams opened the season's win column in style on Monday night, catching eight passes for 195 yards and two touchdowns in a lopsided home victory over the New York Giants.
Among the Rams' upcoming marquee games is a meeting with the Green Bay Packers, Adams' former team. Asked about the matchup, he did not dismiss the idea of celebrating a score with a Lambeau Leap at SoFi Stadium.
Adams noted the setup is difficult because suites sit behind the field, similar to his old home at Allegiant Stadium, and that a leap would require a real jump to reach the wall. "We'll see what we can do," he said, per Up & Adams on X.
Adams' big night came as quarterback Matthew Stafford bounced back from a rough season opener against San Francisco. The Rams won despite playing without Myles Garrett, who is on injured reserve with a knee injury.
Los Angeles looks to move above .500 on Sunday evening with a road game against the Denver Broncos, scheduled for 8:20 p.m. ET.
